The Grill at Knob Hill features Rocky Mountain influenced cuisine, including Idaho Ruby Red Rainbow Trout, prime steaks, local lamb, and wild game. The Grill customizes menus for specific needs. The Grill has outdoor dining. The Fireplace Room has a communal table and access to an outdoor patio. Breakfast includes made-to-order eggs, fruit, local yogurt, house-made granola, bacon, sausage, and a chef's choice hot item, such as a frittata or Eggs Benedict. The Grill provides in-room dining from 5:30pm to 9:00pm. A snack menu is available.
